English Version：R-Walker #06: Videos that can be 100% recycled and be shared!
For Taiwanese, as they hear classical music, they know it is time to go out and discard garbage and material for recycling. But for foreigners, the music is played when children’s favorite ice cream truck is coming. Although the recycling has been put into action around the world, it is different from country to country. Let's take a look at how foreigners felt like when they were fresh in Taiwan.
In public areas such as parks or MRT stations, there are always two bins, one for recyclable and the other for general garbage. It may look like that we just put all kinds of waste recyclable into the same bin, but actually, as they are recycled by the resource disposal enterprises, they will be classified into different categories and put into the recycling system.
For people from foreign countries, the plastic bottles need to be kept intact before being put into the recycling machine; however, in Taiwan, the plastic bottles need 3 steps before being recycled: cleaning, flattening and fastening cap back. The purpose is to reduce their volume to avoid that the recyclable caps may be left in the environment.
Finally, at each night, the rules about the daily routine for the public to follow the music to discard and recycle their garbage vary from county to county and from city to city. But for other countries, the resources for recycling are mostly placed in the assigned recycling bins and then recycled regularly.
Although the recycling in each country recycle is not the same, the environment can become more beautiful as long as everyone on earth can work together to make great contribution to the recycling.
